" Very nice small condo right on the beach and affordable! We have stayed at Emerald Isle several times in the past, but in a larger condo with whole family. This year, we got our own place and it worked out great!
Good a/c, ice maker, comfortable bed and very clean! All that was lacking was a non-slip mat in the bathtub, for us older folks!!

"We stayed the first week of June and had a great experience the pool and beach were very clean. We have never stayed on the ground floor due to us always wanting to see the ocean but i must say this was great!!! My wife is currently pregnant and the ease of access to the beach was excellent. The room is nothing fancy but has all that you need on vacation. You are there to spend time on the water and see the sites not sit in the room. There was a couple dead roaches and on our last day there was 1 alive that we seen. Im assuming being on the ground floor these would be very hard to keep out. Other than that it was a great trip and great experience.

"Rented for 3 months while working in the area. Unit was nice and close access to beach but did not have a view. When virus closed beach it was disappointing but the pool was still open for use. Chris was outstanding to work with.

"Decided to take a trip by myself...the location was nice, safe, full of friendly visitors. The furniture and Gecorations was a little dated but well kept. Right on the beach! Close to the Boardwalk, great entertainment, I had no reason to go farther than 2 miles away from the Condo. Everything I needed or wanted was close by for a relaxing trip for one!

"This is a great place to stay if you are not into luxury with the luxury price. The condo is clean and comfortable, the water pressure is great, and the beach and pool are fantastic. Ground floor condo is great for kids. We have stayed here before and will stay again.
